About Camp Acahela

Camp Acahela is owned and operated by The Northeastern Pennsylvania Council, Boy Scouts of America. and is an Accredited camp of the BSA

Camp Acahela lies at the confluence of the Lehigh River and the Tobyhanna Creek on 250 acres of Pocono woodlands near Blakeslee, Pennsylvania at the borders of Carbon, Monroe and Luzerne Counties. In the Native American language of the Lenape, “Acahela” translates as “Joining of the Waters.” It is yours to explore and enjoy!
