2024 Camping Fee Schedule
The first $50.00 of the camper fee is a nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit. A nonrefundable $100 site deposit is required with each unit’s reservation.

Den Chiefs & Fees
Den Chiefs are limited to 1 for every 6 Cub Scouts. Den Chiefs are not factored in as adult leaders into the schedule above.
Camp Reservation Deposits
The Unit’s $100 site deposit may be rolled over for a 2024 site reservation, credited toward any camp fees, expended in the camp Trading Post, or refunded to the Unit. However, this deposit is not refundable if the Pack does not attend camp.
Camperships
The Northeastern Pennsylvania Council believes that all Scouts should be able to attend summer resident camp, regardless of financial situation. Campership funds are available from the Council to assist local Scouts/families who may have difficulty affording the full camp fee. Applications are available at the Scout Service Center or may be downloaded from the Council website at www.nepabsa.org.
Deadline for Campership Applications is April 14th. Any Scout submitting an application for campership assistance automatically receives a time extension for the discounted camp rate. The new due date for the discounted fee will be communicated in writing directly to the Scout’s parent and leader.
Payments
When possible, all fees and transactions should be made through our website or at Service Center prior to attending camp. However, balances or fees that are due within 7 days prior to your arrival should be brought to camp and settled at the Camp Office during Sunday check in. Checks should be made payable to the Northeastern Pennsylvania Council. Credit cards are accepted on the website and at the Service Center but will incur a 3% additional surcharge. Individual payments are discouraged. Packs should collect fees from Scouts in advance and then make a group payment. Packs must always include a roster with any payment.
